The centre supported Daffodil Day by selling merchandise to support cancer research. The children dressed in yellow colours to show their encouragement.
We had a visit from magician Troy Murphie who visited the centre on Monday August 25. He entertained the children with tricks using a large yellow ball, a puppet dog named ‘sheep dog’ and numerous activities that kept everyone on their toes. This exciting show kept our children amused and bewildered. Ecstatic laughter and delighted smiles were on the faces of all children, staff and parents who attended this enchanted magic show.
This week the children have been busy creating father’s day art/craft gifts. Our children are very proud to create a special present for their dad/grandad.
We wish all dads, fathers and granddads a happy and cheery day on Sunday.
Staff member of the month is Louise Ellis for her enthusiastic attitude to her work and continuous happy smiles. Thanks Louise.
